Who You'll Work With

You will join a dynamic engineering team, building AI/ML solutions and collaborating closely with various teams, including platform, security, release engineering, and support, to deliver the product. You will also contribute to ensuring the product's smooth operation.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing applications based on generative large language models, such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and their derivatives, ensuring they meet business requirements. Your duties will include optimizing these generative AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. You will engage in red teaming activities to validate robustness and precision. Staying up-to-date with AI and machine learning advancements is expected, along with suggesting how new technologies might be implemented. Additionally, you will design and develop APIs for AI model interactions and address issues arising from AI applications.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) from a university, community college, boot camp, or apprenticeship program, or holding equivalent certifications.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic background.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go.
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model training platforms.
  • Familiarity with data science tools like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google AI Platform or AWS.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including generative models.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Skills in Go/Java for backend development and integration with data science applications.
  • Research or industry experience in machine learning, generative AI, or time series analytics.
