Who You'll Work With

You will join a dynamic engineering team, building AI/ML solutions and collaborating closely with various teams, including platform, security, release engineering, and support, to deliver the product. You will also contribute to ensuring the product's smooth operation.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing applications based on generative large language models, such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama, and their derivatives, ensuring they meet business requirements. Your duties will include optimizing these generative AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. You will engage in red teaming activities to validate robustness and precision. Staying up-to-date with AI and machine learning advancements and suggesting new technology integrations will be expected. Additionally, you will design and develop APIs for AI model interactions and address issues arising from AI applications.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Graduate or upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a technical boot camp, apprenticeship, community college, or 4-year university.
  2. Open to 0-3 years of relevant experience or recent graduates, or those in the final year of a Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields, or holders of equivalent certifications.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go.
  4. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model training and optimization platforms.
  5. Familiarity with data science tools like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn.
  6. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Google AI Platform or AWS.
  2. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including generative models.
  3. Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  4. Competence in Go/Java, especially for backend development and data science application integration.
  5. Coursework, research, publications, or industry experience in machine learning, generative AI, and time series analytics.
