RWS is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Bengali language performance for a short, remote collaboration. You will review AI-generated content, judge linguistic quality, and provide structured feedback.

Ideal candidates are native Bengali speakers with strong English, a Bachelor's in Linguistics or related field, and at least 3 years of language experience. Flexible schedule, immediate start, approximately 10–15 hours total, paid at $18 per hour.

Ideal for professionals with experience in linguistics, translation, interpretation, language teaching, writing, journalism, proofreading, content review, localization, or other language-focused fields.

• Interacting with an AI assistant in your target language.
• Translating provided prompts from English into your target language and using them to interact with the AI application.
• Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines.
• Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency inBengali (India)
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
