RWS is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Gujarati-language AI interactions on a short-term, remote basis from the United States. The role entails evaluating AI-generated content for linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and quality, with flexible scheduling and approximately 10–15 total hours at $18/hour.

You will translate prompts from English to Gujarati, interact with the AI system, and provide structured feedback according to the project guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Interacting with an AI assistant in your target language.
• Translating provided prompts from English into your target language and using them to interact with the AI application.
• Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines.
• Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness.
• Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Gujarati
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience; or
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
