Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) Anderson, SC is seeking an IT AI Enablement Specialist to translate AI capabilities into practical training and communications.

You will partner with IT and business teams to develop user-facing education, coordinate adoption activities, and support AI initiatives.

The role focuses on bridging technical concepts with business needs, driving awareness, and measurable value through enablement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information systems, education, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Experience creating communications, training materials, work instructions, presentations, or stakeholder-facing docs.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, project coordination, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and related collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, data analytics, reporting, or digital transformation concepts preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications, training, adoption activities, and enablement materials across business functions.
• Develop clear, business-friendly communications that explain new AI capabilities, use cases, benefits, timelines, and adoption expectations for internal stakeholders.
• Create training content, work instructions, FAQs, quick reference guides, presentations, and other resources for AI tools and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities including meeting preparation, status updates, feedback collection, action item tracking, and communication follow-through.
• Assist in identifying change management needs and support adoption plans that improve awareness and effective use of AI-enabled solutions.
• Organize and maintain AI enablement resources, training calendars, project documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Collect user feedback, training participation insights, and adoption signals to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Translate technical AI concepts into practical business language for audiences at varying levels of AI knowledge.
• Support preparation of executive-ready updates, project summaries, benefit realization materials, and presentations related to AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate information, demos, and communicate new AI capabilities.
