You will apply ML, DL, NLP, computer vision and AI methods, ensure responsible AI practices, and shape the AI roadmap while delivering measurable scientific and business impact.

Qualifications

• BS in science/engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 2+ years, or PhD with 0-1 year.
• 2+ years of academic or industry experience delivering AI, ML or data science initiatives.
• Ability to translate scientific questions into AI solution requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Domestic and international travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI projects supporting Cell & Gene Therapy development priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners; manage risks and milestones.
• Design, prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions across ML, generative AI, NLP, CV, knowledge graphs, and digital twins.
• Evaluate solutions for model performance, scientific validity, usability, reliability and business value.
• Integrate successful AI solutions into scientific workflows and automated environments.
• Embed responsible AI and governance practices with traceability and oversight.
