Job summary

TSMG is seeking Quality control specialists to support an AI language project focused on improving speech recognition systems. You will review completed language annotation tasks and ensure transcripts are transformed into natural, readable display text following project guidelines.

As a QC contributor, you will verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, and currencies, and use reference audio to resolve ambiguities while maintaining high accuracy and productivity under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and written conventions.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in formatted text.

Responsibilities

• Review Display Transcription tasks for accuracy and consistency.
• Compare Display Transcription against the lexical transcript and guidelines.
• Verify punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, and currencies.
• Ensure original words and meaning are preserved and correct formatting or guideline errors.
• Use reference audio to verify ambiguous cases and apply quality standards.
• Provide feedback and flag recurring issues and meet deadlines.
