Qualifications

• Write fluent, polished English with an editor's eye for nuance.
• Have 1+ year in editing, technical writing, translation, journalism, or data annotation.
• Can navigate long, sometimes ambiguous guidelines and make sound judgment calls.
• Have any AI/ML annotation experience (a plus, not required).
• Genuinely enjoy deep focus, detail-heavy work. This isn't a half-attention gig.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subtle differences between AI-generated outputs
• Catch and document errors in image outputs and annotations
• Annotate objects, actions, and intent in video content
• Write clear, publication-quality English annotations
• Work from detailed guidelines (often 20+ pages) with precision
• Apply reviewer feedback to sharpen your accuracy over time
• Tasks can run 2+ hours and demand sustained focus
