This role emphasizes deep focus, strong English grammar, and meticulous adherence to long guidelines. Experience in editing, technical writing, translation, or data annotation is valued, with growth paths available from reviewer/QA roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in editing, technical writing, translation, journalism, data annotation, or similarly language-driven, detail-precise work.
• Able to follow long, sometimes ambiguous guidelines — and make sound judgments within them.
• Comfortable working with long guidelines (often 20+ pages) with strict formatting and content rules.
• Experience with AI/ML annotation or evaluation is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate subtle differences between AI-generated images and outputs
• Catch and document errors in image outputs or annotations
• Annotate objects, actions, and inferred intent in video content
• Write clear, precise annotations in fluent, publication-quality English
• Work from detailed guidelines (often 20+ pages) with strict formatting and content rules
• Incorporate reviewer/QA feedback to continuously sharpen accuracy
