Onward Search is seeking an AI Knowledge Management and Content Strategy Consultant for a leading healthcare organization. This remote, temporary role (27–52 weeks) focuses on enhancing content for AI integration and improved self-service support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, align content with personas and business needs, and use analytics to boost knowledge sharing and user experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge management and content strategy experience beyond basic technical writing.
• Ability to write, structure, and optimize content for AI consumption and retrieval.
• Practical prompt engineering skills to enhance content quality and user interaction.
• Experience supporting service, operations, or internal support teams.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, standards, and federated knowledge models; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
