Job summary

GAF is seeking a Data Science (AI) Intern to translate business needs into AI models, build and test ML solutions, and deploy AI initiatives within GAF's data ecosystem. You will work with Python, GCP, and popular ML frameworks while learning leadership skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, understanding Generative AI capabilities, and building prototypes to support real-world AI projects during the summer program.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field with GPA 3.0+.
• Experience applying analytics concepts to business scenarios is a plus.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand daily workflows and objectives.
• Assess operations for Generative AI suitability and risks.
• Translate business needs into AI model requirements and specs.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption of AI solutions.
