Job summary

Horizon Farm Credit invites ambitious students to join our AI Internship in Bel Air, MD or Mechanicsburg, PA for a 10–12 week summer program. You will work with the Business Intelligence team to design and deploy generative AI solutions, gaining hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and enterprise AI practices.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS in CS/IS/SE/Data Analytics with a 3.0+ GPA, strong programming background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or related field with GPA 3.0+.
• Strong coursework in data structures, algorithms, databases, and programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment and participate in a 10–12 week summer program.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define AI use cases.
• Test new AI technologies and assess practical applications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools across the firm.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Share knowledge of the AI landscape with the team.
