Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development, systems integration, API development, or enterprise integration experience.
• Strong hands-on Python development skills for services, APIs, libraries, and connectors.
• Experience designing integrations between applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, authentication, authorization, and data schemas.
• Experience with secure database integrations and service authentication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain MCP servers and integration components.
• Develop MCP tools, resources, prompts, schemas, and interfaces for AI agents.
• Build Python-based connectors translating MCP tool requests to enterprise APIs/databases.
• Design tools with inputs/outputs, validation rules, permissions, and error handling.
• Implement secure read-only and transactional integration patterns with least-privilege access.
• Develop MCP APIs, adapters, and integration logic for enterprise systems.
• Ensure security, validation, logging, and reliable operation across MCP integrations.
• Collaborate in Agile/SAFe delivery activities and code reviews.
