Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering with Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON schemas, and authentication patterns (OAuth/OIDC).
• Familiarity with MCP and agent-to-agent communication.
• Ability to build secure, scalable AI integrations in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with frontend, cybersecurity, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Build MCP‑based connectors exposing internal tools and data sources to AI agents.
• Implement agent‑to‑agent interaction patterns for multi‑step workflows.
• Define tool contracts, versioning, and maintainability practices.
• Integrate intranet with enterprise AI gateway and external vendor agents.
• Develop Python services and REST APIs to support agent workflows.
• Support data shaping, transformation, and structured responses.
• Ensure security, auditability, and least‑privilege access.
