Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise systems, integrations or related roles.
• Strong experience with APIs, enterprise integrations and connectivity.
• Solid identity and access management, authentication and security knowledge.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Azure services and modern AI platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems.
• Configure and manage APIs, authentication, permissions and access controls.
• Support deployment, operational readiness and production rollout of AI solutions.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Establish governance and security guardrails for compliant operation.
• Support vendor evaluations, technical assessments and architecture reviews.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and drive continuous improvement.
