Kubikware is looking for an AI Integration & Enablement Specialist to assist in transitioning AI solutions into production within the Greater Boston area. This is a contract-to-hire position aimed at integrating AI technologies with enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise integrations and a solid understanding of security and IT delivery. This role offers collaboration with enterprise IT and AI leadership to scale innovative solutions.

We are currently looking for an AI Integration & Enablement Specialist based in the Greater Boston area to join one of our US-based clients through a contract-to-hire engagement.

About the role

The AI Integration & Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in helping enterprise AI solutions successfully move into production. This position works at the intersection of AI, IT, security, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integrations, secure access, and operational readiness across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong integration experience with a practical understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems.
  • Configure and manage APIs, authentication mechanisms, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support deployment, operational readiness, and production rollout of AI solutions.
  • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful implementations.
  • Establish practical governance and security guardrails that enable innovation while maintaining compliance and operational standards.
  • Support vendor evaluations, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Help define best practices for AI platform connectivity and enterprise adoption.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, integrations, architecture, IT delivery, or related technical roles.
  • Strong experience working with APIs, enterprise integrations, and system connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, authentication, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Azure services, and modern AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience integrating with JD Edwards, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and AI platform deployment.
  • Experience with cloud architecture and integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Background supporting digital transformation programs.
