Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an Innovation Policy Manager II onsite to design and execute experiences that demonstrate the value of AI, wearables, VR, and other cutting-edge technologies to policy audiences. You will build policy partnerships, inform stakeholders, and advocate for AI innovation across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires knowledge of AI technologies and frequent domestic travel, with a pay range of $47-$52 per hour and extensive benefits including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public policy, law, political science, or a related field.
5+ years of policy or legal experience with a focus on AI technology.

Responsibilities

Lead demos and hands-on AI experiences for policy audiences.
Develop, create, and execute on innovation policy experiences and events for policy stakeholders.
Develop strategic outreach programs and policy campaigns to advocate for AI innovation's value.
Support engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners and other groups to inform public discussion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Communications, Partnerships and global policy teams to run programs.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage advocacy campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
