Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an Innovation Policy Manager to design and execute policy experiences that showcase AI, wearables, VR, and other cutting-edge technologies to policy audiences. You will build partnerships with AI developers and design outreach to educate stakeholders about the value of AI innovation.

• Experience in policy, legal contexts with AI focus.
• Knowledge of AI, wearables, VR policy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead demos exposing policy audiences to AI solutions, wearables, VR and related tech.
• Develop and run innovation policy experiences and events for policy stakeholders.
• Create strategic outreach programs and policy campaigns promoting AI value.
• Engage policymakers, trade groups, industry partners and others to shape public discussion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Communications, Partnerships and global policy teams.
• Build coalitions with organizations to advance policy goals.
• Project manage innovative policy programs and campaigns for new AI products.
• Manage advocacy campaigns independently or with teams as primary client lead.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to champion AI innovation.
