Job summary

Kahana Feld is seeking an Innovation & Emerging Technologies Manager to lead AI, analytics, and data initiatives across the firm. You will translate legal and business needs into practical, secure solutions and build a high-performing team delivering actionable insights.

You will define use cases, test tools, train users, and produce dashboards while collaborating across practice groups. Experience with generative AI and BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology innovation, AI enablement, legal tech, data analytics, BI, or related work at a law or professional services firm.
• Proven experience leading people or project teams.
• Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, and Microsoft 365; quick platform adoption.
• Experience delivering reports, dashboards, or analytical solutions with data prep and BI basics.
• Experience designing live and virtual technology training and learning materials.
• Understanding of legal workflows, data protection, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; client-facing teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption roadmap with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team with clear goals and delivery schedules.
• Serve as SME for approved AI tools and guide delivery.
• Translate workflows into use cases and requirements.
• Evaluate products for fit, usability, security, and cost.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses using firm data.
• Define reporting requirements and meaningful measures.
• Establish data quality review processes.
• Promote responsible AI practices and risk awareness.
• Track adoption, user satisfaction, and value; report to leadership.
