Job summary

The Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking an Information Systems Supervisor to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions that improve government services and citizen engagement. The Innovation Unit seeks a visionary leader with strong technical and stakeholder engagement skills to drive Broward’s AI strategy.

The role requires deep expertise in AI platforms, governance, and collaboration with multiple business units to plan, assess, and implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field.
• At least 4 years in AI solution development and related technology disciplines, including 6 months lead/supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop intelligent agents, copilots, and conversational AI for operations and citizen services.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, databases, GIS, and business systems.
