Broward County Board of County Commissioners is seeking an Information Systems Supervisor (Innovation Initiatives Supervisor) to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. You will drive AI strategy, evaluate technologies, and supervise project delivery across Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related Microsoft platforms.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and collaboration with business units to transform services while advancing public sector AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science or closely related field.
• (One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.)

Responsabilités

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related Microsoft AI platforms.
• Developing intelligent agents, copilots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI solutions to improve internal operations and citizen services.
• Integrating AI technologies with enterprise applications, databases, GIS platforms, and business systems.
• Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge management, automation, and workflow optimization solutions.
• Evaluating, testing, and deploying Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
• Identifying opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer experience.
