Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years developing AI/ML, automation, data-driven, or business software applications.
• Programming experience in Python or another modern language.
• Experience with APIs, data, and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI, ML, automation, and software solutions for government and business use cases.
• Develop AI-enabled applications, workflow automations, Python scripts, APIs, and web-based solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI, RPA, system integration, and process improvement.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources.
• Research and evaluate AI models, automation tools, and software technologies for customer use cases.
• Develop prototypes, demonstrations, and production-ready solutions with testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
