Prestige Car Wash & Gas in Canton, MA is seeking an AI Innovation & Automation Specialist to drive marketing initiatives with advanced AI, including prompts, image/video creation, and campaign optimization. This role partners with the Marketing team to turn ideas into practical AI-enabled campaigns and materials.

Beyond marketing, you will serve as an AI resource across Prestige, identifying opportunities, building solutions, and teaching staff to use new tools.

AI Innovation & Automation Specialist

Canton, MA | Full-Time | 100% In-Office | Monday–Friday
Starting at $90,000 annually — Negotiable Based on Experience & AI Expertise

Prestige Car Wash & Gas is looking for an AI expert who knows how to turn ideas into reality. We aren't looking for someone who simply uses ChatGPT—we want someone who lives in the AI world, stays ahead of emerging technology, experiments with new tools, and knows how to apply AI creatively and practically in a real business environment.

Your primary focus will be Marketing, using advanced AI to completely expand what we can create—from social media, advertising and campaigns to AI-generated images, video, graphics, content and visual concepts. We want someone who can hear an idea and say, “Yes, I know how we can create that.” You’ll work alongside our Marketing team to bring ideas to life faster, better and in ways we may not even know are possible yet.

But your impact won’t stop with Marketing. You’ll also become an AI resource across Prestige, working with departments including Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, Loss Prevention, HR, Real Estate and Administration to identify opportunities for AI, automation and smarter workflows. We want someone who can look at how we work today, recognize where AI could save time or improve a process, build the solution and teach our employees how to use it.

This is not an entry-level AI position. We’re looking for someone who can bring AI knowledge to us—advanced generative AI, visual and video creation, prompting, automation, agents, workflows and emerging technology. What You Need to Know

• 100% IN-OFFICE – Canton, MA
• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00/8:30 AM–4:30/5:00 PM
• No remote or hybrid option
• Starting at $90,000 annually
• Compensation negotiable based on experience and demonstrated AI expertise
• Candidates moving forward should be prepared to show us examples of what they've actually created or implemented using AI.
