Job summary

Crux, Inc. is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to define and execute its strategy for pricing, capacity allocation, and large multi-year agreements. You will build the operating system that links customer demand to TPU infrastructure deployment, while shaping a high-caliber commercial team across accounts, marketing, and solution architecture.

You will negotiate and structure $1B+ strategic agreements with frontier AI buyers, guiding capacity and pricing decisions in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• AI infrastructure expertise and credibility with sophisticated buyers.
• Experience structuring and negotiating large strategic agreements.
• Direct exposure to frontier AI labs, hyperscalers, or similar customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Crux AI’s commercial strategy including pricing and capacity allocation.
• Build and scale the commercial operating system linking demand to infra deployment.
• Negotiate major customer agreements and set pricing/terms for large commitments.
• Develop a lean commercial team across accounts, marketing, and solution architecture.
