Job summary

Majestic Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs. You will unblock bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and translate complex system architecture into actionable timelines for internal teams and ODM partners.

This hybrid role spans hardware design, procurement, deployment, network architecture, and scale readiness to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

10+ years in program/project management with leadership of multi-stakeholder programs.
Track record scaling manufacturing from prototype to volume production.
Strong operational background: defining processes, metrics, and driving efficiency.
Technical fluency in data center, networking, or compute infrastructure.
Experience with AI compute, distributed training, or inference systems.

Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution: develop roadmaps and manage end-to-end AI server deployment programs across teams.
Technical Program Management: understand hardware specs and translate decisions into program impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership: align engineering, product, finance, and ODM on priorities.
Supply Chain Management: ensure timely availability of components and materials.
Manufacturing Partner Coordination: manage ODM relationships across fabrication, assembly, QA.
Operational Excellence: build metrics and dashboards to improve product delivery.
Risk & Dependency Management: identify risks and mitigate with stakeholders.
Resource Management and Timeline: track budgets and lead times to optimize resources.
Documentation & Communication: record decisions and report status to stakeholders.
