Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own execution of hardware systems from concept through production deployment. You will manage ODMs, contract manufacturers, and vendors while coordinating silicon, firmware, infrastructure software, and supply chain teams.

This role requires shipping hardware at scale and owning program cadence with a small, senior team. The position emphasizes leading NPI processes, managing schedules, risks, and readiness, and delivering integrated platform

Qualifications

8+ years in hardware systems / NPI program management for compute, networking, storage, or accelerator platforms.
Direct ownership of at least one platform from concept through volume production.
Fluency across the hardware stack to interrogate status with architects and vendors.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated hardware systems program plan across board, chassis, rack, and interconnect.
Drive execution with ODMs, contract manufacturers, and vendors including SOWs and build schedules.
Stand up and run the NPI cadence with engineering reviews and DFx.
Lead bring-up and validation for new platforms including firmware coordination and telemetry targets.
Own interfaces across silicon, datacenter, infrastructure software, and supply chain.
Conduct partner and technology evaluations and land build/buy/co-design recommendations.
Own program communications to diverse audiences including executives.
Develop AI-assisted approaches to hardware program management and reporting.
