Job summary

Etched, a hardware-focused company building frontier AI systems in San Jose, seeks a Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure to own end-to-end delivery across the organization, align internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and track milestones, risks, and KPIs.

You will translate complex ASIC/hardware/software integration topics for leadership, drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, and help the organization adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining momentum.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical program management, ideally hardware or AI tech.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• PMP certification with track record of delivering complex programs.
• Deep technical knowledge in ASIC design, hardware platforms, and software integration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proactive risk/opportunity management.
• Experience using program management tools such as Google Workspace and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration across Infrastructure org (DevOps/DevX, Core Eng, Security, IT).
• Partner with external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize engineering/operational efficiency by refining PM processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to executives and engineers.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor progress and strategic alignment.
• Leverage hardware/software integration knowledge to resolve cross-disciplinary issues.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
