Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management seeks an Associate for its Infrastructure AI Fund (BAIIF) in New York. You will contribute to deal execution, due diligence, and asset management across AI infrastructure sectors such as data centers, compute hardware, power, and connectivity.

You will work with senior leaders to scale Brookfield’s presence in this transformative sector while aligning with Brookfield’s culture and operating capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed financial models and return analyses to evaluate investments across AI infrastructure sectors.
• Lead or support due diligence processes across financial, operational, legal, and tax workstreams.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials and transaction documentation, increasing ownership over time.
• Contribute to deal origination, strategy, and market entry; assist in business development and networking.
• Collaborate with Brookfield operating teams to support due diligence and post-investment asset management.
