Job summary

Brookfield is hiring an Associate for its Infrastructure AI Fund (BAIIF), based in New York. You will contribute to deal execution, due diligence, and asset management while collaborating with senior leaders to scale Brookfield’s AI infrastructure presence across data centers, compute hardware, and power assets.

Successful candidates will perform detailed financial modelling, assist in due diligence, and help structure transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed financial models and return analyses across AI infrastructure sectors.
• Lead or support due diligence processes, including financial, operational, legal, and tax workstreams.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials and transaction documentation with increasing ownership.
• Contribute to deal idea generation and transaction structuring, identifying value creation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brookfield operating teams to support due diligence and post-investment asset management.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and structuring teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Foster a collaborative culture and mentor junior colleagues.
• Lead special projects to advance fund strategy or operational excellence.
• Conduct market research to inform investment strategies and emerging AI infrastructure trends.
