Job summary

Spectro Cloud seeks an AI engineer to advance internal AI adoption across the company. You will design, build, and maintain automation and AI workflows that boost employee productivity and enable agentic processes.

You will work across risk, compliance, and legal, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, teach colleagues, and help define guardrails for product rollouts while collaborating with internal partners in a fast, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in CS/IT or similar field.
• 4+ years in software engineering, SRE, ML engineering, or related roles.
• Broad AI topics knowledge including model deployment and tuning.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python/Go/JS/TS).
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Cloud and on-prem infrastructure experience; Kubernetes expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal AI and automation solutions.
• Lead PoCs and drive AI initiatives across the company.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to define guardrails.
• Teach and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
