Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Cloud and DevOps Engineers to support a leading AI lab's GenAI infrastructure. You will work on Kubernetes operations, IaC, and AWS service integrations essential for training and inference workloads.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of cloud/DevOps experience, can own CI/CD pipelines, and communicate complex technical decisions clearly. This is a full-time W-2 role with potential placement at a major AI lab.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes troubleshooting and cluster health.
• Experience integrating AWS services in production and building CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in cloud infrastructure and IaC topics.
• Design tasks and write solutions for cluster diagnosis, AWS service integration, and infrastructure automation.
• Evaluate infrastructure tasks and provide clear, written feedback.
• Develop rubrics and evaluation frameworks for cluster failure diagnosis and CI/CD quality.
• Collaborate with other experts to ensure training data accuracy.
