Job summary

Yoh is seeking an AI Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and optimize AI compute environments in Lake Mary, FL. You will support GPU-based workloads, container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker, and automation via Ansible and Python.

Responsibilities include incident management, on-call rotation, and collaboration with engineering and operations to implement CI/CD and secure access controls via Azure AD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI infrastructure or HPC environments.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU nodes (A100/H100/B200).
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for distributed workloads.
• Automation skills: Ansible, Python, Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and container-based delivery models.
• Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Networking, Linux admin, and storage troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for AI infrastructure, GPU platforms and production services.
• Deploy, orchestrate and monitor AI/ML workloads across distributed environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Work with NVIDIA GPU nodes to provision, tune and operate hardware.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts with Ansible, Python and Shell scripting.
• Handle incidents and change activity via JIRA/ServiceNow; participate in on-call rotations.
