Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking an AI Infrastructure Support Engineer in Lake Mary, FL for a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. You will support AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, and production services, and help deploy and monitor AI/ML workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

Ideal candidates have hands-on NVIDIA GPU experience (A100/H100/B200), strong automation skills with Ansible, Python, and Shell, plus familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and Azure AD for secure access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience supporting AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, or high-performance compute in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU nodes (A100, H100, B200).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Docker for deploying, managing workloads.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Python and Shell scripting for automation and ops tasks.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and container-based delivery models.
• Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow for ticketing and service management.
• Good knowledge of networking, Linux admin, and infra troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IAM and secure access (Azure AD).
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support and resolve issues for AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, and production services.
• Support deployment, orchestration, and monitoring of AI/ML workloads across distributed environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Work with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure for provisioning, utilization, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices (CI/CD with GitLab).
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and infrastructure architecture docs.
• Troubleshoot networking, storage, and Linux infra impacting AI workloads.
• Participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend coverage.
