Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or 2+ with a Master’s in CS or related field.
• Deep, current taste in LLM research and model training dynamics.
• Strong backend and distributed systems background at scale with Python.
• Experience with ML training infra, experiments, evaluation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build the closed-loop measurement layer for per-workflow outcomes (accepted/reverted/overridden).
• Take autoresearch loop from assisted to unattended for certain experiments.
• Design isolation and permissioning model for production repos and infrastructure.
