Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI in San Francisco, crafting end-to-end systems that automate hiring, cash flow, and capital deployment. You will ship features in Go, Python, or TypeScript and work with AI tooling to automate complex workflows across finance, legal, and operations.

The role emphasizes ownership, speed, and a bias for action, with a focus on scalable systems that enable rapid, reliable deployment of frontier compute infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Built features with LLM/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models).
• Experience with AI coding tools and agentic frameworks.
• Ability to drive features end-to-end without direction.

Responsibilities

• Build the hiring machine as software to reduce bottlenecks.
• Create a cash view with an order and payment schedule tied to milestones.
• Develop a capital pipeline from budget to spend with governance checks.
• Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into structured data and obligations.
• Collaborate across finance, legal, and other teams to automate processes.
