Job summary

Fluidstack seeks engineers who can ship production-grade software for frontier AI infrastructure. You will automate hiring, finance forecasting, and contract lifecycle processes, embedding AI tools and agent frameworks across teams.

Expect high autonomy, cross-functional impact, and rapid iteration to scale civilization-scale compute projects. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript, and familiarity with LLM APIs and MCP servers.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI tooling and agent frameworks.
• Ability to work with LLM APIs and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build the hiring system as software, enabling end-to-end recruiting workflows.
• Design cash flow and budget forecasting tied to procurement and construction.
• Parse MSAs and contracts into structured data with SLAs and penalties.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and people teams to automate approvals and closes.
• Embed teams across departments to ensure data-driven decisions post-offer.
