Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring engineers to accelerate frontier AI infrastructure. You will ship production-grade features using Go, Python or TypeScript, and work with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks to automate complex workflows.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, and HR to build end-to-end systems that scale with our rapidly growing data-center and software stack, balancing speed and reliability in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Built features using LLM APIs, MCP servers, or agentic frameworks.
• Work daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Ability to ship features without waiting for direction or approval.
• Demonstrated speed under deadline while leaving robust foundations.

Responsibilities

• Build the hiring machine as software, syncing interviewing flow and onboarding.
• Create a cash view: forecast spend, purchase orders, contracts, milestones.
• Construct a capital pipeline from budget to released capital tied to milestones.
• Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into structured data and obligations.
• Embed cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and HR through processes.
