Job summary
Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer I focused on AI Infrastructure to help customers adopt AI accelerators and optimize their cloud strategies. You will partner with technical sales to pilot solutions, run model benchmarks, and develop migration paths that demonstrate value and performance benefits.
You will gather requirements, build proofs-of-concept, and collaborate with product teams to drive enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- 4 years of experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and leading sessions.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them adopt AI accelerators in cloud strategies.
- Demonstrate Google Cloud AI accelerators, profile performance, benchmark models.
- Build repeatable assets for customers and internal teams.
- Influence Google Cloud strategy by advocating for enterprise requirements.
- Travel to customer sites and events as needed.
