Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer (AI Infrastructure) to partner with Technical Sales teams, incubate and deploy AI accelerators (TPU/GPU) for startups and enterprises. You will help customers innovate with Google Cloud’s flexible infrastructure and drive cost-performance improvements.

You will gather business and technical requirements, present practical solutions, and collaborate with product engineering teams to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building and operationalizing ML models.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and leading sessions.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding AI accelerators integration into cloud strategy.
• Demonstrate differentiation of Google Cloud AI accelerators through proofs-of-concept and benchmarks.
• Build repeatable assets to enable customers and internal teams.
• Influence Google Cloud strategy at the infrastructure/AI intersection.
