Job summary
Google LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Practice Customer Engineer specialized in AI Infrastructure to partner with sales to incubate, pilot, and deploy Google Cloud’s AI accelerators for startups and large enterprises. You will help customers innovate faster using flexible, open infrastructure.
You will gather business and technical requirements, write prototypes, run model benchmarks, develop migration paths, and influence product direction through cost-performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations, leading discovery and planning sessions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with technical Sales teams to incubate, pilot, and deploy Google Cloud’s AI accelerators (TPU/GPU).
- Help customers learn and adopt AI accelerators by solving technical problems and writing prototype code.
- Gather business and technical requirements to present practical AI solutions.
- Influence product development by benchmarking and cost-performance analysis.
