Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Communications to lead the storytelling for the teams that site, power, and build Crusoe's AI factories at scale.

You will partner with Public Affairs and Government Affairs to engage communities and officials, while shaping narratives across data center development, energy, and real estate. Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications or PR with proven press results.
• Experience working with media in infrastructure or tech sectors preferred.
• Ability to translate complex topics into accessible narratives.
• Strong writing, editing, and speaking skills for diverse audiences.
• Comfort with AI tools to scale tasks and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic news program across Crusoe's data center development and energy work.
• Build and sustain relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Partner with Public Affairs and Government Affairs for community engagement.
• Sharpen messaging with subject matter experts across DIG, Energy and Real Estate.
• Develop op-eds, keynote scripts, and social content for leadership.
• Monitor media and community landscape and coordinate timely responses.
• Manage PR agency relationships and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Own communications measurement and reporting to demonstrate impact.
