Job summary
Ziplines, Inc. seeks an experienced HR professional to teach an online course on using AI tools in HR workflows. You will guide learners through hands-on projects, case studies, and live demos, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding with AI.
The role requires 7+ years in HR plus 3+ years applying AI in HR. You will lead live Zoom sessions, design activities, and provide actionable insights for learners worldwide.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of real-world HR experience with ownership of employee lifecycle processes.
- 3+ years using AI, automation, or AI workflows in HR.
- Deep understanding of AI applications across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience teaching prompting techniques and responsible AI use.
- Experience guiding learners through Zoom-based, hands-on sessions.
- Comfort working with HR data and deriving insights with AI tools.
- Experience building lightweight HR assistants (chatbots).
- Strong ethical foundation and explainability in AI for HR.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly Zoom sessions focused on project-based AI workflow learning.
- Prepare weekly activities and materials for learners.
- Manage learner communications and feedback weekly.
- Debrief with learners and contribute to course improvements.
- Commit to a 5-week term and foster practical AI in HR understanding.
