Job summary

Sizanid Staffing seeks an experienced AI Automation Engineer Instructor to teach and mentor students on AI automation tools and practical strategies for becoming successful AI Automation Engineers. This part-time role focuses on delivering training, building hands-on exercises, and guiding students through real-world case studies.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of hands-on AI automation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging lessons

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in AI automation and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of AI automation tools, APIs, and intelligent business processes.
• Experience with automation platforms and low-code/no-code systems is desirable.
• Proficiency in Python or similar language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

This role is ideal for an experienced AI automation professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing real-world industry knowledge with aspiring AI, automation, and technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI automation concepts, tools, and implementation strategies.
• Teach students how to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI technologies and automation platforms.
• Guide students on integrating AI tools into business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world AI automation project insights with students.
• Teach students how to use automation tools, APIs, chatbots, workflow systems, and AI-powered business solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4?5 years of practical experience in AI automation, workflow automation, software automation, AI integration, or related technology fields.
• Strong understanding of AI automation tools, APIs, workflow systems, and intelligent business process automation.
• Experience working with automation platforms, AI productivity tools, chatbots, or low‑code/no‑code automation systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and automation best practices.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming/scripting languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑based learning abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, cloud-based automation tools, and workflow integration systems.
• Experience building AI-powered automation solutions for business or operational use cases.
