Harmony Homes in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI tool rollout across construction workflows and internal business teams. You will translate business needs into practical AI-enabled processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy AI solutions.

You will train employees on new AI tools, support adoption across departments, and monitor outcomes to drive efficiency and accuracy improvements in our residential development projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT required.
• Experience leading AI implementations across multiple teams.
• Hands-on with automation tools, workflow software, AI copilots.
• Experience training teams and driving adoption.
• Experience with process mapping, pilot testing, and rollout planning.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Residential construction experience a plus.

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will work across internal teams to turn opportunities for automation and AI enablement into clear plans, effective tools, and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or information technology.
• Experience implementing AI tools in business or operational environments, including leading implementations across multiple teams or business functions.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow software, and AI copilots or LLM platforms.
• Experience training teams and driving adoption of new technology initiatives.
• Experience with process mapping, pilot testing, and cross-functional rollout planning.
• Experience managing internal business stakeholders across functions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience in residential construction, homebuilding operations, land development, or working with internal teams in a construction environment is a plus.
• An AI-related certificate is a plus.
