Job summary

VitalEdge seeks an AI Implementation Consultant to lead the hybrid technical and functional deployment of the AI Technician Assist platform. You will bridge AI capabilities with the e-Emphasys ERP service data and real-world technician workflows, driving rapid, accurate diagnostic support in service centers.

The role requires 3+ years in AI/ML-enabled applications and strong ERP/system integration know-how, with a focus on service orders, warranty, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML-enabled applications for diagnostic/decision-support
• Experience with ERP/service modules and data extraction via APIs
• Familiarity with data quality, governance, and source-to-target mapping
• Solid understanding of heavy equipment service operations and repair workflows
• Ability to translate field troubleshooting into guided AI/automation workflows
• Experience with system integration concepts and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the AI Technician Assist platform, including configuration, data integration, pilot rollout, and scaling across service centers
• Manage integration between AI platform and ERP Service module (service orders, history, warranty, parts, labor, task codes) for accurate history data
• Collaborate with data science/AI team to define success criteria and validate outputs against real repair outcomes
• Design technician workflows into guided assist flows within the platform
• Develop training materials and SOPs; drive adoption across a diverse technician workforce
• Communicate progress, risks, and adoption metrics to services leadership and product teams
