Job summary

Broccoli AI in San Francisco is hiring for an Implementation Specialist to deploy AI solutions for home services contractors. You will own onboarding, configure the software to fit each business, and drive customers to value quickly.

You will coordinate with owners, office staff, and field teams, using Claude and internal tools to move faster than a traditional team. This role offers room to grow as we scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or delivery consulting.
• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing).
• Ability to run multiple onboardings simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.
• Comfort with configuring software and mapping how a business works.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical owners and frontline teams.
• AI-native mindset—daily use of Claude and other AI tools.
• Starting playbook and making it sharper and more repeatable.
• Comfort operating at the front line of a fast-moving, still-forming function.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and onboarding end-to-end for a portfolio of customers—get them live, get them to value, and keep several moving in parallel.
• Set Broccoli up to fit how each business actually works, so it slots into their day with minimal friction.
• Partner with owners, office staff, and field teams as they get started—reinforcing enablement and advising on how to maximize Broccoli.
• Watch early adoption closely, catch risk before churn, and drive every customer to its key milestones.
• Run our implementation playbook and sharpen it as you go—codifying what works for a growing team.
• Use AI to move faster—leverage Claude and internal tools to handle more customers with less busywork.
• Be the feedback loop from field to Product and Engineering, shaping the product from customer input.

The Role

Signing a customer is the easy part—getting them genuinely up and running is where the value is won, and that's this role. When a contractor comes onto Broccoli for AI, you're the person who makes it real: you get them set up, get their team using it well, and get them to results quickly—then do it again for the next customer, and the next. We've proven Broccoli works and built an early playbook; now we're onboarding more customers. You'll own a portfolio of AI deployments end to end, run several in parallel, and sharpen the playbook every time you learn something new. You'll use AI internally in your workflows to move faster than a traditional implementation team could, and you'll be the front line the rest of the company learns from—with room to grow into leading the implementation team as we scale.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or delivery consulting—getting real customers live and successful on software.

• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing)—e.g., you've supported teams on tools like ServiceTitan, or run operations inside one.

• Can run several customer onboardings at once without dropping the ball, and stay organized under pressure.

• Comfortable getting technical—configuring software, mapping how a business works, and setting a product up for someone else.

• Make AI and technical concepts simple for non-technical owners and frontline teams.

• AI-native—you use Claude and other AI tools daily to move faster than a traditional team could.

• Take a starting playbook and make it sharper and more repeatable, rather than reinventing it each time.

• Comfortable operating at the front line of a fast-moving, still-forming function.
