Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, epidemiology, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years of applied experience in data science, machine learning, business analysis, or quantitative analysis.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and practical data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for prototyping.
• Experience with CMS/CRM or content ecosystems.
• Strong data privacy and ethics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Identify use cases to leverage data, platforms, and AI tools to improve digital user experience.
• Lead pilots and scale AI solutions that advance digital engagement.
• Assess platform capabilities (Salesforce, SitecoreAI, Oasis) and data integration.
• Define data needs for personalized learning and engagement across ACC platforms.
• Ensure clean, integrated data across systems and governance standards.
• Educate staff on AI capabilities and promote responsible AI practices.
• Monitor models for safety, performance, and explainability.
• Stay current with AI developments and advise leadership.
