Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's or higher preferred.

• Financial Acumen and ability to calculate ROI and derive value from AI solutions.
• Establishes a consistent, repeatable business planning process for tracking strategy execution progress.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to challenge status quo with senior management.
• Manage complex projects with prioritization and time management.
• Attention to detail and urgency.
• Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in strategy or program / project management in a pharma institution/consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teams to apply value tracking/measurement methodologies.
• Works with change management to translate key results into organizational value.
• Sets enterprise-wide standards for value tracking and measurement.
• Ensures alignment between AI initiatives and broader organizational objectives.
• Synthesizes inputs for CoE operating cadences.
• Leads implementation of AI strategy and initiatives with a plan of action and measurable value.
