Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with prioritization and time management.
• Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in strategy or program / project management in a pharma institution/consulting firm.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coaches teams to apply value tracking / measurement methodologies required for Monthly Operating Committee and Quarterly Value Tracking ceremonies.
• Works closely with change management lead to translate key results into organizational change for value realization.
• Sets enterprise-wide standards and processes for value tracking and measurement.
• Ensures alignment between AI initiatives and broader organizational objectives, facilitating a unified deployment of capabilities.
• Synthesizes inputs required for CoE operating cadences.
• Leads implementation of AI strategy and initiatives with a plan of action, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable value proposition.
