Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday conversational comfort.
• Sharp attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, and misalignments.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations in English.
